Job Overview

The Sales Coordinator is primarily responsible for effectively assisting the Director and Manager of Sales and coordinating the sales team in the execution of the sales process for all ticketed events at Circuit of the Americas and providing exemplary customer service to all premium seating customers. The Sales Coordinator should be a professional, team focused, and positive individual. The Sales Coordinator will work under the guidance of the Director of Sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist in the execution of the sales process, including but not limited to the creation and execution of all sales materials, budgets, scheduling, and internal and external sales events
  • Coordinate and manage the Austin360 Amphitheater season ticket program by staying in direct communication with clients, organizing client gifts and private events, and maintaining and generating season sales
  • Work with event coordinators, dcor companies, and caterers for premium seating areas before, during, and after major motorsport events including but not limited to: Pirelli World Challenge, MotoGP, IndyCar, and Formula 1
  • Assist with editing and preparation of sales collateral
  • Work cross-functionally with the ticketing, accounting, marketing, and operations teams
  • Track and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, projections, goals, and contests
  • Generate and distribute client prospect lists via Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Archtics
  • Utilize Archtics ticketing system to pay accounts, manage inventory, and run sales reports
  • Assist current and new premium seating customers with customer service email inquiries
  • Create and execute prospect special events for premium clients at the Circuit of The Americas
  • Manage day-to-day office needs including invoicing, expense tracking, and ordering supplies
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and timely
  • Proficient with Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Able to simultaneously manage a high level of detail across multiple projects
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • Knowledge of Archtics ticketing system and Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
  • Ability to do light physical lifting


  • Bachelor's Degree in a related area of study such as: business, communications, sport management, etc.
  • 2 years of customer service and/or sales experience (sports industry preferred)
  • Must be able to work Monday-Friday, 9 am 5 pm but also maintain a flexible work schedule in order to work regular calendar events and special events
