As a member of the COTA Karting team, your role will include offering exceptional service and contributing to the COTA vision of making memories for our guests.  At COTA, there is fun at every turn, and we believe every team member should reflect the spirit of fun!  You will ensure a positive company image by providing gracious, friendly and efficient customer service to both COTA guests and your fellow team members. 

DUTIES:

  • Give every customer immediate and undivided attention. Surprise and delight the customers with consistent support from the beginning of their experience to the moment they leave our campus.
  • Ensure the safety of everyone by thoroughly cleaning all work areas often during your shift.
  • Follow department procedures to maintain inventory and process payment transactions.
  • Operate and sanitize all karting equipment according to company procedures.
  • Educate COTA guests on the entire karting experience with enthusiasm.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous karting, retail, restaurant or customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and integrity.
  • Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
  • Ability to sell proactively.
  • Understand and communicate quality goals and all COTA information to customers.
  • Ability to learn basic knowledge of all products carried in the department.
  • Ability to listen and communicate effectively.
  • Available for flexible scheduling to meet needs of the department.
